All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by a few days. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping (within your country):
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.

  • International Shipping: Flat rate or as shown at checkout.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

📦 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
